What do you have to do today, but you dont?

I have to, must clean my house today, but I am still not doing it.

I cant, dont want to. But the man who is living with me end I am married with has

astma and as long as I want to keep my dogs and man I have to say bye bye to dust.

But all I want to do is write to that dust with my finger Tongue .

Please, share with me!

I have to deal with the unemployment office as it appears they have screwed up my file. I surely don't want to do it but there is no way around it today. Better to get it done and over with as quickly as possible but they don't open for a couple more hours so now there is something else I have to do that I don't want to do. WAIT

UPDATE: turns out that I was trying to process my weekly deal too early...maybe my clocks are set too fast or something! SO, I do NOT have to do that today!

ok, what's next I can get out of doing Wink hehehe OH I HAVE to take a shower. My anxiety has been very high this past week (some of you know why) and water is a panic trigger for me so I've skipped like 3 days now! EEEWWWWWW I really don't want to get wet...I mean, I really really don't want to

Shower... Maybe I take one for you DanaW because I am like Sick too and I really need one. Then you dont have to if you dont want to.

How do you manage with your panic trigger? Is there anything that would make it easyer for you?

Sometimes (and I dont know why) I just cannot go in supermarkets or other places where is lots of people because I feel like it is killing me.

But if I really really have to go no matter what, I just dont look at anyone and I somehow make it. I have to keep in mind that I am all alone in my own little world and I have peace in it.

hehehe will you take one for me? It's very hard today cuz it's raining so the shower is twice as scary to me. I manage by sink baths until I can't stand my hair anymore.

I also have trouble with large stores but I get my pet food there so I have to go every now and then. I go in the garden side, get my stuff and get out! I don't like being in large groups of people...restaurants make me a bit uncomfortable unless I can sit near the entrance or emergency exit.

Recently I went to meet a friend at the movie theater...he was running late and by the time he got there I was gone. I was almost at panic level when I finally left. It's a good thing he wasn't on time because if I had gone in, I would have had afull blown PA during the previews!!!

I'm in queue for a shower as well. Thank goodness we don't have virtual olfactory capacity. Swelter, I'm taking your suggestion and trying out a shower bench. Hope it helps.
My postings are based purely on personal and professional experience. I'm no expert or M.D., and always recommend a physicians opinion and treatment plan. I don't practice medicine, law or ethics. I'm just a nurse hoping to give as much as I take. Peace.
