MDJunction to me

tomboykimi"What MD Junction means to me is a place where i can feel like im not alone. As someone with something as rare as hydrocephalus, it feels like im the only one in the world with it. When i came to MD, its like everyone has it. It doesnt feel like im alone. And that people need to hold up a sign to say what i have, because people know. And they understand. I can get questions answered from people who have been through it rather than from doctors or people who only can tell you from a physical standpoint. THat is what MD junction means to me." I think I figured out my breathing problems. I stopped the melatonin when someone told me it makes depression worse for some people. I have been breathing better! I just read that with the use of melatonin respiratory depression may occur. I hope the problem doesn't come back, it's possible the hot summer weather drove away the high mold counts, and that mold has been the culprit. I'll find out.

I told her before my doc put me on melatonin that I thought I wasn't supposed to be on it since I have auto-immune problems. It is an immune system activator. She downplayed it. The result of taking it was my TPO count jumping to 1000, then 1700. Needs to stay below 35.

My ANA went up a full dilution also. Now either dropping the melatonin, or adopting a no gluten, soy or dairy diet, or both, are improving my labs.

Then I accidently stumbled across something that said some people with ragweed allergies can't do senna. I have been having a tea called Smooth Move, and it has senna.

She also added another pill for sleep when the melatonin wasn,t helping. I read the label and it has chamomile. I know that is another herb that may not be good if you're allergic to ragweed. Why didn't I read the labels on all of these things?

Finally, maybe some answers. I hope so, since it's an easy solution. What a wonderful thing to get oxygen. May it never end.
