MDJunction to me

"I have been struggling with Fibromyalgia, Bipolar, Anxiety, Post traumatic Syndrome for quite some time and pretty much going it alone. I stumbled across MDJunction by accident. I stayed in the shadows and just watched for four days and then I joined, feeling relieved and excited to have found a safe place with alot of folks that I could relate to . It's proove to be medically and emotionally
helpful to me and now I can't go a day without coming in at least 4 or five times a day! I Love my family here.

You know it's bad when:

You suffer with Fibro for over 10 years and don't even know there's a National Fibromyalgia Day!

Now...THAT'S BAD!!!

AND...you're almost 37 years old and JUST learned what a "blue moon" is!! Jeeeeeeeez...what's up with THAT?!?!

You know that its bad when you take the dogs out and cant go back inside because you forgot to unlock the door. Our door has a lock that can open the door to the outside w/o being unlocked.

There is a light at the end of the tunnel -- but it's a train about to run over you.

I know, I know. I have put things away in a "safe" place. And guess what, they are still safe !! We have to learn to enjoy the little things in life. This is what I found anyway. So much of the times the "big" things we just simply aren't able to do. So....I've learned to enjoy the little things. A butterfly sitting on the edge of the windowsill, a deer going across my property, of course I always have to tell the deer which way not to go - 'cuz the neighbors over there will eat you. I don't know how many deer I have saved . But, it's a small joy. And no, I not crazy talking to the deer. But it is just a simple little thing thats gives me joy. Theres a book that was written several years ago that is a hoot to read. It is called Splashes of Joy in the Cesspools of Life. How true. I just stand in line for my little "splashes"
((((HUGS))) Kathy

we all need "splashes" of JOY in the cesspools of life
3:16...........real joy
