I love my self hypnosis/ relaxation routines. Here is a link about a study showing it really helps the brain to do "mindful" meditation. It doesn't help my meory tho, lol. I forgot to put in the link :

There was a point in my life that I meditated daily, and my blood pressure was down and my stress levels were down, and I was sleeping good.

Haven't done so in years now tho... I always say "I should do that" then forget or am not in the right mood or there's something going on at the house and it's not quiet enough, or some other excuse.

I guess like going on a diet, I got to get the right mindset first.
