Sure- it is not uncommon. I had those problems way before the fibro pain and stiffen started!

I just read this post and I'm interested in the cleansing. I'd never heard of it before. Did you see a gastroenteroligist? Keep me posted please.

Debbie, if your asking me this question bout cleansing...I get colonics. It's Colon Hydrotherapy. I did not see a gastro beforehand. I did many years ago when she said I had IBS and said take colace.....yeah, whata cure.

I just heard about them few years ago and when I went 15 days 'without' ya know, I decided it couldn't hurt. I've had 13 now and the change is SOOOO great. I still don't really go on my own much, but I have been having the cleansing 2 and 3 times a week. But my colon is noticeably working while I'm being cleansed, it didn't at all at the first few. Then it worked a bit more each time, now I can feel it pumping almost constantly.

It takes alot of them to get the job done and in the beginning it's not very productive, but it gets there. Now mine are a constant output, ugly as it is, it's the prettiest thing I've ever seen.....sorry, gross.

Lay down now and my stomach just sinks in.

This is very gross, but a must to let you know what's going on in there with IBS...I lost count the other day at 100 things, you know.

I highly recommend Colonics, amazing help.

My mom said i have thrown up daily when in the 50's she did not breast feed me..... 5 decades later i still have problems,,,, at about 30 i did have colonics for a time and they were wonderful and normally priced as a regular doctors visit... they do releave pain, gas for a time...

then i went through some tough times and i think i want to go back since i just had anal surgery for an anal fistula my ob-gyn found on regular check up .... please everyone get your regular yearly checkups....

i heard had i not taken care of the anal problem that people can end up with a colostomy bag situation

i am having to take better care of myself these days so a colonic sounds pretty good to me right now.

From all I have been through with this whole sick and docs no help, I knew I had to become my own doctor and I am having more success doing this than any doctor ever had.

Colonics are great and work. I have had about 18 of them and I go once a week now. I take psyllium husk powder evry day for fiber and this is whats working for my IBS. Like day and night.
