Hi, Oregonnative asked for updates and here is mine. I'm afraid it isn't very good. I haven't been on for quite a while. The fibro is not quite as bad but I am not doing very well with my diabetes. My numbers have been elevated since last November. The doctor is scheduling me to see an internist. She is afraid my insulin production is totally shut down. I am very very tired all the time and she thinks that may be caused by high blood glucose.

I'm so sorry about the diabetes being so bad. Everyone in my family over the age of 30, just about, is a type 2 diabetic, so believe me, I know how hard it is. I'm 47, and the oldest to make it without being on meds. I'm "pre-diabetic" right now, my sugar levels are inching up, but not too bad yet. Fasting runs about 100-130, so that's a little high, but nothing like my grandmothers or my cousins whose fasting levels are 250-350!

Glad you came back and gave us an update. Stick around, lots of new faces here.

Nita,

Sorry about you having issues with diabetes. I know that is pretty hard to deal with. Have they put you on meds, or shots? I hope they can get it under control for you. Thoughts and prayers are with you. HUGS

Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.
