Congrats! It's really a crap shoot. Some get better, some get worse, some stay the same. You can do all of those. Some are fine or better during pregnancy but in the infant period(the no sleep, etc) get worse. Others are worse during pregnancy but do fine after. Like was said, talk with your doc about any meds you are on as there are a lot that you shouldn't take while pregnant.

As far as the Fibro and expecting again...I haven't a clue. When I had my children I was very young and it wasn't til 3 years after my son...that my back started giving out. I can't even imagine the struggles you must go through at times. Blessings to you...I hope you will get the extra energy and health to make it through....(((Big Big Hugs))

Awww, a new baby on the way ~~~ congratulations !!!!

I think if you check the archives here, there are old threads where some talked about pregnancy and Fibro ~~~ Enter it in the search box at the top of this page and something should come up ~~~

I know we have had some new mommies with Fibro also so maybe they ll pop in on this subject a little later also.

Congratulations! I love babies, so long as they belong to someone else and I can give them back! lol

My daughter's 27 and has decided she's not having kids, so I get to be a grandmaw by randomly adopting friend's kids as my grands! That and my furbabies (tho I don't have any at the moment).

New babies are so cute! Laughing

I agree talk with your doctor, talk with Dr about all your meds. There maybe some that you need to be weaned off of. Blessing.
