MDJunction to me

2steveb" In life we all have trials and tribulations to endure weather it be physical, mental or social. For me personally when i encountered MDJunction i was astounded. Since i joined MDJunction to me it has been a god send and a life saver. I have met and been able to converse freely with so many people in the same situation as myself, (that alone is a big help, to know your not alone) to be able to discuss and get good advice from a braud section of people. One of lifes hardest things is to discuss personal issues with friends/family and yet the mdj family is non judgmental and you will be made totally welcome to talk through any issue thats on your mind. There are forums for every known issue to mankind, to me MDJ.com has become my family extension, id be lost without these good people and the extremely good guide lines that group leaders help us all with to keep threads topical and friendly." I don't know what's going on. I've done the things that usually help--hot bath, take it easy, pet cat--but the pain is going up, and the weariness is growing.

Try going to bed and getting some sleep and see if that helps. I can't remember if you have a lot of sleep problems... but sleep always helps. I'm absolutely exhausted by my day at the wool market, so I fully expect to be hurting majorly tomorrow.

I'd say if the pain keeps ramping up, give your doc a call tomorrow.

ushie,

Try to making some hot tea and cuddle with your furry friends.

Maybe lay on the heating pad and listen to some relaxing music.

I am sorry about your pain. I have had a horrible pain day too and it has gotten worse as the day has turned in to night.

Hope that you are able to get some rest. Wink

Sorry you are feeling so bad... it's really bad when the hot bath trick doesn't work- and I know about that! Maybe question if anything is specifically stressing you out, or if you are worrying about something--- that seems to be my biggest problem when the pain is severe. Feel better friend!

Ushie my Buddy, Hope you are feeling better today. It has rain for the past few day where ever I was. Do you think maybe the weather is causing some of your discomfort? I truly hope today has been better for you. Love YA, Your Buddy RW

Hey, you guys, thanks for talking with me. I'm hopeful that by Thursday, maybe, I'll be back to myself. I kept squeaking and meowing (softly) at work, I was so battered by pain...and it's in my chest now, so I'm in for it...
