I receive a newsletter every month from Fibro and Fatigue, The one im reading now talks about eatting Dark Chocolate. It says it helps with Fibro and CFS. it also says it has to be 85% cocoa. have any of you read this and what do you think, People taking a part in the study felt better after eatting specially formulated dark chocolate everyday for 8 weeks. Chocolate also increases serotonin and phenyl ethylamine which regulates mood.

I love chocolate to, but it has to be 85% cocoa. I think I could live with that, My hubby was reading the article in the bathroom which he calls the reading room, and then he went to the store a bought a bag of Special Dark Kisses. then told me I needed to eat some everyday. what a man

Wow, eating chocolate for my health. Now that's something I can get behind. And since I'm single now it can double as satisfaction for other things. I always said chocolate is better that sex. LOL

Oh and dersert mom give that man a hug and a kiss for being so sweet to you. Never take that for granted either, because good men like that are so hard to find. I would have given up anything if my soon to be ex could be that thoughtful and sweet to me.
