My shoulder feels like it is on fire. it is even hot to the touch. Usually it gets cold when it hurts bad. What do you do to cool it down? Thanks
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

Have you tried ice,or what I usually use is a bag of frozen peas because you can mold them to fit your shoulder.
