Definately hearing and smells.

I had a Sailor come into work late one day...he was standing about 6 feet away from me and I could smell that he had been drinking the night before when the person he was standing directly in front of couldn't. Needless to say, if I hadn't been in that office, the Sailor would have gotten away with being drunk at work.

I've always been a bit sensative to loud noise, but this meds nonsense has caused hyperacusis. Unfortunately, even after stopping the meds that caused it, it hasn't gone away. I think my poor hubby is going to lose it. Grin He apologizes to me after every loud noise he makes. Sad

Current Dx: Chronic Thyroiditis (Hashimoto's)/Hypothyroid; Fibromyalgia; Bipolar II; Depression.

Meds: Synthroid 137 mcg
Cytomel 5 mcg
Gabapentin 600mg 3xday (1800 mg total)
Lithium 1500 mg
Depakote 1000 mg
Wellbutrin 450 mg
Flexeril 10 mg 2/day as needed
Vitamin D 2000iu

Hearing and touch are my two,

Hearing is so acute most of the time and anything high pitched just tends to hurt hahah

As for feeling wise I've always been quite a sensory kinda person but I'm very sensitive to different things touching wise too!

May we all find that little place to snuggle up to and feel safe, the one place where we can truly be and forget about all our troubles

I can tell I'm in a flare because I'm pulling the tags out of all the shirts I bought in the last year and have to wear my nightshirts inside out. The seams hurt. I'm wearing sandals everyday so I don't have to wear socks...I can't stand sock-wrinkles. I could smell that the woman next to me at work was having her period. I can smell marijuana on one co-worker whenever she flips her hair. I had to take an unscheduled break the other day and literally ran to the outer door so I could get away from the "white noise" they generate all over the building. I got outside and sat down and had to move behind the building because people kept talking to me. I just needed a few minutes of silence!

Mine is sound! Drives me crazy! I hate the white noise too. And fluorescent lights! The noise they give off gives me a headache. Touch ranks second. Especially in my feet. Weird..... I don't wear anything but flip flops.
