YES!!!!!!!! I have severe fatigue. It is just horrible and overwhelming.

It feels like the life is just draining out of me. I want to take a bath in Lavender Epsom Salts but I feel so weak from it and then I am more fatigued.

I also have a lot of fatigue and get tired faster than I used to. It wears on me a lot because there's so much more to life than tired and hurting.

Has anyone here been tested for Lyme? I have Chronic Fatigue and have Chronic Lyme disease that caused the Chronic Fatigue the begin with.
I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. All comments are based on my personal experience or opinion.

* Had a band 23 on Western Blot thru LabCorp 2012
* Bands 39 and 41 thru Clongen Labs 2012
* My Lyme ID test ALL positive thru Neuroscience.
* Have been infected for possibly 10 years
* CD57 60
* My symptoms have all been cognitive (neurolyme), but I have always seemingly stayed functional (even if it didn't feel like that on the inside!).

http://ilads.org/lyme_disease/Psychiatric_Brochure_08_08.pdf

* Have not started treatment yet (as of 4/2012)
* Blessed that the only pain is in my right knee joint, occasionally left.

*I always wonder, how many ppl are walking around, with my type of Lyme infection, just being put on paxil...

Yes, yes and yes. Right now, I've been tired all day... now I know why. Drastic weather change. Should've stayed in bed!

I know how you all feel, but its funny because my pain was the number one cause that I had then the other symptoms but now I would say for the past month I have developed Extreme fatigue, take for instance yesterday I know I had to do my grocery but I had pulled a muscle a couple of days before so I was watching out, it took me the better part of the day to build up enough strength to get dress and finally go to the store, it feels as if all the energy in your body is gone, you have the right intentions but the follow threw is gone it is so depressing when you want to do things and your body is saying to you "sorry kid I'm tired". Anyway sorry for the venting but I just could'nt help myself - Have a good day at least

The fatigue is usually the worst part for me too. CFS was my first diagnosis, back when all this health down-hill slide began some 25 years ago. I had a 3 year old and thought I was just tired from dealing with a toddler (then husband was Army, so almost all household, child rearing, everything fell on me). I remember thinking "chronic fatigue? of course I'm tired, I'm a mother!" My daughter was also sick a lot. We didn't find out until the next year when she was 4 that she had a congenital kidney defect that caused her to have massive, frequent kidney infections. I spent half my nights up all night with her crying with another kidney infection, or since she either didn't have a fever, or had a 105+ fever, up all night with her in the bathtub trying to get her temperature down with tepid water baths.

On that sleep study last Wednesday night, the technician did say that I didn't spend enough time in Stage 4 sleep, but I'll talk bout it with the sleep doc I guess, once he reads the test.

Anyway... always tired. I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired!
