Yes terihayes I too have RLS and hate when it wakes me up in the middle of the night. I have found that my Neurontin helps a little with this, I know there are meds out there for this but dont want to take anymore meds. My feet and hands are always cold and my toes go numb,it's kind of become a joke in my house you an step on my toes and I won't know.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.

The little things:

Lots of times I can't feel my legs & I'm not sure where they are. I also have foot drop in the left foot.

So let's see, I have fallen & sprained my ankles/feet about 6 times since November.

I would love to be able to put a pair of undies/pants on without sitting on the bed & having to lift my leg, what a sight

How about waking up having your knees feeling like you must have been kicking something all night long? Sometimes I wake up like that even though I know I dont have restless leg.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.
