this drives me crazy when my feet are cold as ice and my head is soaking wet with sweat or the other way around. Its impossible to just be comfortable for any amount of time.

I'm almost always HOT. I sweat so bad. My hubby complains because in the winter I can't handle the heat set above 64. And in the summer time, I freeze him out with the A/C. He has to wear a throw blanket. The only time I don't sweat is when I have the chills. I'm never comfortable. I had to turn on the a/c yesterday and its still on. I'm still hot. Oh and another little thing I put up with is, my second toe on my right foot twitches back and forth a lot. My hubby freaked the first time he saw it. Dr. says it has to do with my L5 disc I had surgery on. Yesterday I had a very cold left hand, and hot right hand. I had my hubby hold them to see. And I get twitching and the shakes every evening. Such a fun life. And I'm very clumbsy too. I have bruises and scratches that I don't remember getting.

Speaking of bruises, scratches and "other little things"...

Does anyone bruise really easily and then it takes FOREVER to go away?

How about little scrapes or cuts...does it take a long time for your skin to heal?

See, then you mix those two things and mix it in with a total klutz...what do ya get??? ME!!!!!

I've been wondering if it's just me or if it's the Fibro...I can't wait to hear what you all say!

I have RLS too, and my arms have been twitching. I wake up and wonder what the heck is going on. I did read that your arms and shoulders can also be affected when you have RLS.

Cold hands and feet here also. Then when I get dressed to go out, I sweat, bad, have to come back home and get out of my wet clothes, I can literally feel the sweat pouring down my belly, back and legs, you would think I would be losing weight with all this sweating, not a chance! lol
