Does anyone know what to do if you can't remember if you took your daily medication? I take 60 mg of cymbalta a day. I had such brain fog from not sleeping, and had to dash out to accupuncture, can't remember if I took it!!

Is it better to just take it the next day, or take it today anyway??

I know you are going to say get a pill distributer. I have two of tHem and keep forgetting to load it for the week..I also called doctor this am but haven't gotten a return call yet.

Thanks for any thoughts on this.

get a weekly pill box sweetie. Get as many as you have different times to take doses. Mark them ex: morning or am.... afternoon... night or pm... bedtime> Set alarms to remember to take pills. You can get the pill boxes at dollar tree for just one dollar. This saves you a lot of worry! Prayers and hugs!!

Angel ..thanks dear....I mentioned I do have a pill box, but forget to use it.

Just wondering if it's ok to take a pill anyway if you forget

when I forget to take a med, I call my pharmacist! she is the best on telling me if I can take the forgotten med, because she knows how safe or not safe if you took it and that actually meant that you had doubled up for the day. Thats what they are there for, not just filling prescriptions.

I agree with Singe. Call the pharmacist. They will know.
