 Well i was up to see my dear hubby off to work, i don't work until 3:30, but i hurt so so bad today, i am off to bed again and hope that the next time i wake up i will feel better. But i so so know thats not going to happen at all.

 Hope you can relieve some pain. Maybe use a moist heating pad or soak in tub with epsom salts.
