I dont know about anyone else but as soon as my husband leaves for work in the am my body seems to go into a state of relaxation that feels good. Kind of sad but nice.

HI...I think at any time the stressers are taken away I feel better, better able to relax. It does not mean anything bad towards your spouse, its just one less thing you have to deal with.......

Craig,

you are right. One big less thing to deal with. This weekend seemed like it went on & on & on. Now my shoulders moved down at least 2 inches, I started to breathe again, and the pain level went from an 8 to about a 3. Even my dogs body language has changed. If he ever lost his job I dont know what I would do! Scary thoughts.

I relax more too. When he went on a business trip it was so much less to do. I could enjoy being with my daughter more. I will admit being with him at the potluck I went to was fun. At home it seems he puts on earphones and Im left with just dogs to talk to. lol

Oh boy, singingangel can I relate to the earphones thing. All I can say is, your dogs are better listeners anyway!!! No judging, unconditional love, always there for you, no matter what you look like, feel like, or smell like!

I know that when I have less stress I feel better I just wish there were more days without stress. That is not likely to happen with 4 teenagers. I agree with singingangel don't worry about the spelling I misspel the simplest words now. Gotta live with it I guess.
May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.
A Native American Blessing
