 Thanks for the info. I went to the add'l link that said fibro info & read the article on attitudes. I think I already knew all of their suggesions but it still doesn't hurt to review them from time to time. It helped me to do an "attitude check" and see where i'm at. I think I'm good for right now thankfully!

 Thank you for that info Libra. I printed it out and I am going to mail it to my sister who thinks that Fibro is an "All in your head" thing. Come to think of it maybe I will give it to my one son who doesn't really understand why I am always so tired and in so much pain

 In fact, here the web address for you. I clicked on the one for fibro info & it eventually led me to the attitude one. I hope you can find it. I tried to copy & paste but it won't let me.

 I didn't mean you. So sorry... I meant me that I couldn't copy & paste it. I am computer illiterate that way sometimes. LOL There is a lot of good info on those links though so I thought they were worth mentioning.
