"Retinitis Pigmentosa" (kmk8509)

MDJunction to me

MissNikkiAnn"When you have an illness with the name "Non-Familial Dysautonomia" (a name that most people, and even doctors, have never heard of), you need a network
of people who understand the name and the symptoms/issues that come with it.
MDJunction led me to that network of people during a very confusing and sickly time. For this I am thankful. And for this reason I try my best to give back to other members the same care and help that I received through MDJunction.

Us ie. I love sleeping with my cat..... and two dogs , oh, and yes, my husband, too. The only thing is that my kitty purrs so loud and hard and long that it vibrates the bed and is so annoying. We adopted her (actually vice versa) from the neighborhood after she started following my husband and two dogs on their nightly walks. Our vet thought that she was about 1 q/2 when she. same to us. She was already spayed and was very insistent on living inside with us right off the bat. The funny thigh a out her is that she must have been weaned much too soon and needed to suckle more, and so she found a good use for the tip of her tail!! Six years later, and she still sucks her tail! (why not.....kids have thumbs). She is so comfortable when she sucks her tail that she starts purring and doesn't stop for quite some time. Cute, but annoying at times. oh, and she still takes nightly walks with the dogs. Geri

Angel.......Buddi (we spelled it with a y until we realized she was a girl) is very adorable, loving.......and annoying. It really is cute when she walks through the neighborhood with hub and the dogs at night. Neighbors used to say ".do you know that a cat is following right behind you?". After awhile, they caught on.
