Its just a bad day lots of pain,anxiety, panic attacks and anger anyone else get this way sometimes?
Psalm 91

My Refuge and My Fortress

91:1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”

3 For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler
and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his pinions,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.
5 You will not fear the terror of the night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in darkness,
nor the destruction that wastes at noonday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only look with your eyes
and see the recompense of the wicked.

9 Because you have made the Lord your dwelling place—
the Most High, who is my refuge—
10 no evil shall be allowed to befall you,
no plague come near your tent.

11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways.
12 On their hands they will bear you up,
lest you strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the adder;
the young lion and the serpent you will trample underfoot.

14 “Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him;
I will protect him, because he knows my name.
15 When he calls to me, I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble;
I will rescue him and honor him.
With long lifrwill I satisfy him, and show him my salvation.

I get panic attacks but today hasn't been that, it's been pain in my hip. I have arthritis in my left hip but that seems to set off the Fibro, cause when that hip goes to hurting (like the massive weather change today) it ratchets up and up and up to where it's at a 10 even if the rest of me's at a 3.

But! Hubby got me a heating pad last night, so tho it hurts, I'm getting some comfort!

It seems that each day is a new adventure. Some days are ok. Just ok. Somedays are pain filled, anger filled and anxiety filled. Then there are the in between days. We just never know what kind of day it's gonna be til we get there. HUGS
Please do not take anything I say as medical advice. I am not a doctor.

An adventure! That's it! Every day our bodies are like an amusement park--some days it's 8 hours on the Teacup Ride, some days it's the Mr. Toad's Wild Ride of WTF is Going On, and some days it's a collapse under the Jumpy House.

I had my first full blown panic attack tonight...heart palpitations, flushed, short breath, chest pain...I thought I was stroking out! I guess it was inevitable, my anxiety has been getting worse and worse...bouts of fear and uncontrollable crying...anyway...I went to bed, passed out quickly which surprised me...woke up 2 hours later feeling normal again. The only thing now is I feel like I swallowed a golf ball and it's stuck in my throat now...can't figure that one out
I am not a doctor but I play one on TV
