Was way overtaxed at work and collapsed Friday. Utterly sleep of exhaustion, weakness. Almost back in fighting form now! Hope you have all had a peaceful couple of days.

Sometimes, you just need to collapse, listen to your body, and rest. Glad you're feeling better!

understand that ushie Smile hitting the gym for the first time since i am back from dads tomorrow... havent really done alot sinc i have been back.. recooping.. almost back to normal.. hoping a day at the gym will do me some good Smile

I did clean off the balcony; lots of dead leafs and those spinny things, and cobwebs. And then started sneezing because of the pollen, oh dear...

Current dxes-Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, Mitral Valve Prolapse w/regurg, 2 other heart valves with regurg, POTS, DDD, scoliosis, various OA, polyneuropathy of unknown origin, SI joint dysfunction/fusion/collapse, chronic rotar cuff tendonitis, impingement syndrome of the shoulder, chronic bursitis in various locations, degeneration of the sternum, vertigo, GERD, FM, CFS, CPS, various bone marrow lesions, brain lesions of unknown cause, migraines, TMJ, vertically bulging discs, Raynaud's, anemia, tinnitus, high copper levels, borderline glaucoma, colon polyps, intermittent RLS, Vit D deficiency, depression, Eye accomodation disorder, Essential tremor, recurrent kidney stones, sacral spine disorder, inflammed tendons, and inflammation of spinal nerves(no specific dx).

It's alright ushie sometimes we all need to take some down time. I too have been taking some down time lately, lots of craziness in my life right now, so I totally understand. Hugs and Love.
