This whole week has been so off, i just have not been by self... and it's so bad that people at work even notice these week has been the type of week where you feel like you are just walking through a tunnel.. what i call tunnel vision, but it's all mindset if you know what i mean. And do you think i could remember anything today. If i didn't write it down in my agenda book, i don't remember it.

And it's been a pain pain full tiring week too.

I know what you mean. I haven't been able to think at all this week. I feel like I'm on drugs or something.
There is a light at the end of the tunnel -- but it's a train about to run over you.

I forget what day it is sometimes. I think thats from not working though.
I have dystonia, neuropathy, gerd, arthritis, and fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other ailments. I enjoy embroidery, music, and reading my Bible and Christian books. I love to bake. I try to be very supportive and positive.

May the sun bring you new energies by day,
May the moon softly restore you by night ,
May the rain wash away any worries you may have,
And the breeze blow new strength into your being,
And then, all the days of your life,
May you walk gently through the world, and know it’s beauty and yours.

Thanks I am having a hard time. Even with all these meds I feel like a bad word. I really wish I could have a vicodin even if it was for breakthrough pain. I think having weather changing is making muscles flip out. lol
