Ya!!! it has also rain off and on all day. Temps down to 65, from 80 yesterday. Suppose to have thunder storms later. The weather will get you. It will either be too hot or cold. Which if you notice most of our meds we are not to be in the sun. It is hard on the body going from one temp to the other. But nothing we can do about it but try to get comfort. Blessing

I'm an Advocate

I live in Cincinnati and our weather is just out of control. I have been doing well with my pain levels and this week I have been aching. We have highs this week that were up to 87 and then lows at night as low as 57. These huge drops can really do a number on us. Hope things stabilize soon.

With us here in Wyoming, it was last weekend. Our weather went from 72 on Friday to 47 on Sunday, and I flared all weekend. I was in tears part of the time, I hurt so bad.

Just the opposite this weekend, we're supposed to be about 78 tomorrow! YAY! We are just starting to green up here, the trees aren't even budding out yet.

My step-dad down in Arkansas says they already have tomatoes, cabbage, onions, and turnip greens planted in the garden, and he's had to mow 4 times already. We don't even have buds on the trees and the grass is JUST starting to peak out. We don't even have daffodils or snowdrops yet.
