Since I have been dx I have noticed that every time I shave my legs a few hours later my right leg right on my shin starts itching to the point I could do some damage. Does anyone else experience this since being dxed?

Crazy I know....

Hello,

I don't know if after I shave, but I know there are times after I've showered sometimes my legs or foot will itch like crazy. I've itched my leg where I've scared it. I don't know what it's about.

I use Veet or Nair...the ones with mosturizers cause I get such dry skin from shaving + winter. Smile

OH thank you betcar, that means my torso isn't getting longer wheeew... that's a relief. Fortunately I don't have any hair on my legs since my hysterectomy caused early menopause, that and heredity... bless my Mama's blood. Smile I have my hubby put lotion on my legs cuz they get dry and itchy.

I have tried baby oil, moisturizing lotion, just about everything. Honestly I wouldn't even bother if it wasn't for me being afraid my docs will feel the pricklies! LOL

My legs itch so bad it feels like poison ivy. I found that aveno lotion works really well for this but i have to put it on a couple times. So i shave as little as possiable.
