I am in the same boat that you are. I am new to this and would really like to build up a network of friends. I would be happy to become one of your friends and provide support to one another.

Previous discussions I participated in:
savella and anxiety

To add a friend, simply click on the name and that'll take you to their profile. Then you'll see a green box saying something to the effect of request as a friend or add as a friend. It's to the right toward the top. That will send a request and that person can choose to add or decline.

There's a chat with friends box as well that will allow you to chat with people on your friend list.

As to group discussions, simply click on a thread you want to read and scroll to the bottom where there is a quick reply box. Type in a response and then click reply.

Hope that answered your questions!

I would like to. I tried the request. Got three but that was as far as it went. All I knw is type in powmia and I'll respond. Maybe that way we can actually feel like there is someone that is here to reply. Lets try that, I'll do the same with your name. Had no luck w/ andy feedback to help. Getting diappointed. That is why I would like to go to a support group were you actually meet, talk to people instead of this.
