MDJunction to me

nvrsubtle"Not having any local Bipolar support groups where I live, MDJuntion has given me a place in which people understand what I am going through and has given me a new outlook on life with support that is real and good. Without
the support that I receive from MDJunction, I would be wandering through
life with no one who understands me. I owe so much to MDJunction for giving
me a life line to help get me through the toughest times.

Welcome Kris, ditto one all of the entries. There is a lot of information here and it's a great place to vent if you are frustrated. I hope you can find what you are looking for here. We have lots to share and we all support anything and everything you are going through.

Hang in there and welcome. Smile

Carol

May today there be peace within. May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be. May you not forget the infinite possibilites that are born of faith. May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.....May you be content knowing you are a child of God.....Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love. It is there for each and every one of you.

Welcome to this amazing group! We can all relate to what you are going through. I don't take any medication just because I am afraid of becoming dependent. I would suggest hot baths, massages, exercise and a healthy diet and nap when you feel the need to do so. I know that sometimes exercise can be very hard for some of us, but I must say, it really helps me. I would suggest to start off doing very little and work your way up to whatever is comfortable for you, being careful not to over do it. I am going to start trying yoga, I heard it is really good for you and no impact on the joint...which is great. Anyway, you will get lots of love and support here so WELCOME!! HUGS TO YOU!!

I have been very fatigued the last few days. My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and I have been trying very hard to push through the fibro to support her. I spent the entire day at the surgical center while the doc was getting the carcinoma he could not get the first time around.I am really close to my sister and I worry so much about her.

As far as medications the doc in Boston had me try gabapentin again. It is odd because the first time I was on it I was taking high doses with no effect. I am on a low dosage and have several symptoms I didn't before.
