MDJunction to me

saralaurie"In the 3 months I have been with MDJunction I have developed a sense of calmness. I now friends who do not judge me because I have been a mental mess at times. It is such a good feeling to have friends I can tell my deepest thoughts and always get back to me with their support. I have never seen a therapist for long periods of time. Right or wrong, this is the best therapy possible for me. Thanks Roy for getting this up and running and making such a difference in my life. Sara" (saralaurie)

Just wondering if anyone has used this and if it worked for them?

Just wondering if it helps with fibro and/or CFS.

Yes, it turns you blue if you use too much of it. I was just hoping it might help with my fatigue at least.

I'm an Advocate

My sister used to take it but she is an untreated schizo so I don't think I would put any stock in what she had to say. She really believed in it for a while.

I personally wouldn't use it but that's me. As for helping fatigue, CS does claim to cure everything from the flu to HIV. The claim is that CS kills 650 types of bacteria, and some claim it claims fungi, viruses, and parasites. However, it does NOT claim to boost energy.

I know some people on here take ADHD meds for improved energy. Other than that I can only suggest exercising. I should say that you need to start out very slowly and work up from there. I know it sounds backwards, working for more energy but eventually it helps. Beyond that I have no suggestions. Maybe someone else can suggest something.
