MDJunction to me

carmen33"When I first came to MDJ, I was in a very dark place, and feeling quite alone, I don't know how I found this site, but I have been very grateful ever since, all of you have offered insight to the illness of Bipolar and the other things going on with me, being here has allowed me to find friends, and to feel safe in discussing things that I would never have shared before.

I believe it has also offered me the chance to reach out and help others. A simple Thank you, is all that I have to offer, to this site and to the wonderful people here.

This is going to sound crazy but there is a menthol rub sold at farm stores called Absorbine Veterinary Liniment Gel Topical Analgesic. My husband uses it on his knees and elbows frequently.

Yes, it IS for animals (horses in specific) but PCP said it is perfectly safe for humans also.

It runs about $8.00 for a good sized bottle.

Worth a try ~~~ Smile

Hi there, I'm new to the group. I have found that Vapor Rub (of all things) seems to help when my hands are cramped up.

I use Stopain pain relief spray. It helps to spray it on pressure points when they are achy.
