This hasn't happened to me in about 5 years, of course I always have leaks, but this was a full blown wet the bed! I'll keep my fingers crossed that it doesn't happen again. I needed to vent right now to help me feel better

I think it's important for you to understand that it's because you have a medical condition and it was beyond your control. Looking at it like that what do you have to be embarrased about?

So take a deep breath, give yourself a gentle hug, tell your hubby you appreciate him and stop beating yourself up over something beyond your control.

I keep the makers of Care Free panty shields in Business! (the thicker panty shield of course)Looks like I may have to step up to Poise pads or something like that.

Let's see do I want to be "Carefree" or Poise properly in my panties - ok I made myself laugh.

On a more serious note, I have Transverse Myelitis. Got it back in 2002 (a cousin to MS) sometimes TM is the first presentation of MS. I used to wet myself often back in 2002 so when this happened the MS thing was in the back of my mind. Time will tell & I'll deal with it then.
