ya, I guess all the saliva pools in my throat when I snore and when I choke on it it comes out of my mouth as drool. LOL. I am actually seeing adoc for a sleep consult tomorrow. My problem isn't that I stop breathing. I just take naps. I sleep for an hour or two, then I wake up. Go back to sleep and wake up again in an hour or two. AAGH!
I just want to let you all know that I am just like you, a regular person. I am not a doctor or a therapist, but I do promise to be there and listen as often as I can.
Hugs and Peace,
Jenn

me too. I wasn't aware of what I was doing until I had the sleep over for the sleep apnea test.

Well, I can go you one better my dear. I drool when I am wide awake. I have also caught myself snoring while awake! I also go into apnea when I'm awake and suddenly take a huge breath. Maybe I should go live in a bubble. Silly
