suebaby41"I was recently diagnosed with Recurrent Breast Cancer In The Chest
Wall. I would not be able to handle it as well as I am without the
help of my MDJunction friends. It just proves to me that there are
lots of good people in this world and I am happy to be involved with
MDJunction who seems to have most of them.

Welcome TracyAnn! I am so looking forward to getting to meet you! I just joined last week (Thank God I found this site) and am already finding it so very helpful and, especially, supportive. It is so wonderful to not feel alone anymore with fibromyalgia and lots of other "stuff". I am sure you will feel the same way too.

Gentle hugs,

Donna

Smile Welcome TracyAnn! My name is Linda R and I've been on the site starting on my 3RD week now and your gonna love it here!!!Kissing I have never felt so welcomed anywhere as I have here. I'm sorry I didn't know about this site before.Sad

Info on me:I'm a grand mother as well. I have 3 grown daughters, none with fibro, thank God and they've given me 6 wonderful grand children. Ages 15-3. 3 boys and 3 girls.. and it's such a joy to be around them. Smile

I've had the fibro DX for over 30 years. Got it while I was in college and before I had any children. So I guess that makes me a " golden oldie " of fibro. Whistling

I hope you post often. As you get to know us, through your posts we will get to know you. I hope you'll share the things you've learned over time about Fibro.

As we all have learned Fibro is not a one size fits all kinda illness so many things that others with fibro find helpful may be of help to others of us. So sharing info here is so wonderful.

Example: I take ( took ) Gabapentin. Never looked up the side effects and after I got on the site here I did google the infoand OMG Gabapentin is sooooo NOT the drug for me.

I am like stopping it like NOW/ TODAY. No more. But I would have been clueless about its side effects and still taking it had it not been for this site and the people who posted on it. So already this site has been soooo helpful to me.

Okay, I'll let you got here.. great to have you aboard.

Soft hugs going out your way.

Linda R,
