MDJunction to me

peasha"This has been one of the most supportive places I have ever been. I found MDJ by mistaking looking for drs to help me with my many health issues and since that day over a year ago I have found a tight nit little family that keeps me going when the times are tough and offers me a place of retreat to share my successes and failures with others. I get to see the humor and seriousness of what I experience as well as the resources to learn about my health conditions. Thanks MDJ" (peasha)

Hello sos,

Nooooo, you are NOT crazy ~~~ Smile

Welcome to our group ~~~ We re never happy when someone else has the pains of Fibro but we re glad you re here for caring support.

There are actually (I believe) 18 trigger spots in dx ing Fibro but along with the sensitivities you mentioned, the brain fog, everyday pain and of course, being tired are all symptoms of Fibro. Tho' I am not a medical person, I would recommend that you see your PCP or maybe even a Rheumy for an definite diagnosis.

You can also try warm baths, heating pads etc. to help you thru the roughest days .

I hope you ll come back soon and let us know how you are doing. I look forward to getting to know you better soon.

Marilyn
