I've had a sore tongur & lip foir the past few days too. The tip of my tongue feels like there's a sore but, like you, nothing. I do tend to use my tongue & cheeks as a stint @ night, so that could also be part of my problem. Hope it gets to feeling better soon! My views & suggestions are from my own experience or from research that I have conducted on my own. They ARE NOT to be used as a replacement for a professional opinion, so please take them as just that.
