let me give some advice here, if you dont like or trust your attorney you have this little nagging something that tells you you'd be better off with another YOUR RIGHT!

I learned the lesson the hard way just an over veiw, I saw an add on TV called them didn't know where else to go.had a court case pretty quick but all my medical was from a workers comp docs who answerd the questions but had no medical proof. then was so sure I had one the case based on what ever they had they did little to no more, after I got the denial I waited because we were I thought trying to get it over turned and being two years went buy I started calling the office often then got the number to the main place for ssi called them to find out they forgot to send ion the paper work you know what that ment another year,I kept thinking if I switch now I will have to start all over we are so close blah blah well any ways after 5 yes 5 years I get another denial and a letter from my lawyer saying they no longer can or ( will) help me.

now I hired a lawyer again and let me tell you the diffrence this lawyer has me call them every time I have a doctors appointment they call and check on me they suggest things for me to do and has sent me a birthday card.. go with what your heart tells you its telling you for a reason

we all have alot to give if one gets the help then some of this suffering is worth it..

remeber I am not a doctor I just say what I think

Claude, I'm so sorry that they denied you again. That is ridiculous. You are in my prayers. All I tell you is keeping praying. God always find a way to a situation. To be honest, I was denied once and with a pouring out of alot of prayers (no thanks to my brother, aunt or my primary doctor in which my mom yelled at him for not believing), the answer has finally come. As negative as I am, my mom always reminded me never lose faith. As for those who are waiting for their court date, my prayers go with you. Thank you for the "congratulations" and your prayers. Remember everyone, this battle is never over until we win the war. And we will. My hands are hurting. Later and God Bless.
