MDJunction to me

scotty04901"MDJ to me is an added phase in my recovery as a 44 year survivor of a TBI. I hope that with what I have lived through in those years, will be able to help all those who are just now going through. It is important to understand that even after 44 yrs, I am continuing to recover and to evolve. I just hope I can help others." (scotty04901)

I have been busy with getting my space in Springfield set up for October... it is hard to do when you have to rely on others to transport you everywhere....i was suppose to go and get my genetic testing this past wednesday done but my insurance is giving my neuro a hard time.... I have to wait for him to get back to me when he has them paying for the test....until then I have to hang in there.....I am still having episodes.. but at least theyarent lasting as long or putting me in bed... so i will take that as a good sign...It has really irked me that this weekend i could not jump in my car and drive down to see stacy.....everyone was working and hubby was mad that i even thought of driving down.... sighs... so she sits in hospital with no one and i sit at home because i have no one to drive me... fantastic...

i went to best buy with hubby on Friday might to pick up a couple of movies and to walk a round a few minutes.. he stopped to play spiderman game i stood there to watch .. this flash goes off in the game i stumble back he grabs my arm i grab the wall..man i thought i was going down... i was a mess for a few hours after that/.... i couldnt talk or walk right.. i held on to him for dear life....he shook his head and said you just never know what or when it is going to happen...

so still learning things....tired.. trying to rest when i can.... this weather isnt helping lol...hope you are all well.. miss ya.. love ya

I'm an Advocate

Hey there, Girlie,

I was just about to send you a PM and ask where the heck you re hiding the past few days ? I was worried that they were trying to work you to death or that you were doing something you shouldn t be. Wink

It s great to see you here ~~~

If I were closer, I would drop by and pick you up and we could BOTH go and see Stacey ~~~ What a trooper that girl is !!! BUT ~~~ Don t you dare get behind the wheel of the car!!! We don t want anything to happen to you also ....

I am sorry to hear of your ""episode"" when hubby was playing Spiderman . How scary !!!!

Does florescent (sp) lighting (sometimes) bother you ?

Missed you and glad you re back ~~~ Hope that insurance company complies SOON !!!
