So after weeks of exhustion I finally had a good couple of days. I was able to go skiing this weekend. I am paying for it now but I don't care I felt so good and alive when I was on the hill... I don't even care that I didn't get off the bunny hill. I think I am getting to that point where I am just going to deal with the aftermath, my mental and emotional health is much more important to me at this point. So yeah!!!!!!! Hopefully I will be saying that later on today after I get home from work. Just a bit of good news... ya'll have a good week!

good for you!!! It's about time. So glad you had a good time I pray that tonight will be ok for you. I tried to ski once in my younger days I fell down the bunny hill and decided that was enough haha. Have a good week

I'm so glad for you....those days are so good for our emotional health that I agree with you. Hope you are still feeling good. I never went skiing but it sounds like you enjoed it and that's all that matters.
