MDJunction to me

Hazeldee"MDJunction means that I no longer have to feel like I am the only person in
the world with pericarditis. It means that I can talk to others who know
how stressful and how painful having pericarditis can be. It means that I
connect with others to discuss treatments that have or haven't worked for us, so that we have a leg to stand on. I think that having my friends at
MDJunction has allowed me to better mentally and emotionally process my
diagnosis and what it means to me. I feel so lucky to have this community
available to me. I use MDJunction as a way to use my experience to help
others. Reaching out to help others is the only solace I have found since
being diagnosed with pericarditis.

About 3 weeks ago I stopped eating bread.

A few days ago my hubby made the comment that I seem to be sleeping a bit more soundly the last few weeks.

He is not a good sleeper (& watches tv in bed when awake)so he notices how I sleep.

I definatly am not waking as much (if at all), but hubby says Iam not as twichy and don't moan or sob as much when I try to turn/move. Although I am still as stiff & sore in the mornings.

Hubby spoke with someone (who has a sister with FM for 15ys) & she mentioned when her sister found what her food trigger was her pain reduced/managable & she was then able to reduce her meds, although it took a while to find that trigger.

Wondering if anyone else has found a food trigger with their FM. (I know lots of us have IBS too which also has food triggers.)

Or is this my FM a little better & just a conisidence with the bread???

Tiff...

Smile

I dont know anything about food triggers. I love it all so I hope thats not my issue. I got allergy tests....for a few things. No allergies to foods, only dust and mold.
