i am new to this site and i dont think i am using it to my best advantage. i have been newly dx with fibromyalgia and really enjoy talking to others who can understand what i am going through!! if anyone can help me me navigate this web site and be my friend i would be so happy!!

I am also new to this site and am looking forward to meeting people who know what i am going through bc my family does not there is absolutely no support there at all! I am so tired of hearing "you are just depressed and you need to snap out of it!" Yes, i am depressed bc it is depressing when you go to bed feeling like crap and wake up feeling like crap! "you need to walk" Yes, i know this too but you get up and go walking when you feel like you have a bad case of the flu! "y r you so forgetful, I told you that last week!" I dont know i guess my brain just decided to take a vacation. It is called BRAINFOG and I have FIBROMYALGIA and they both r real, If i had cancer you would not treat me like this all of the time. Reduce stress?? ha ha that is too funny! That would mean i would have to divorce my 4 kids and 4 grandkids and my husband! which i think about doing sometimes! Thanks for listening to me ramble !!!!
