Welcome jan,

You've come to a great site to meet new friends and info galore on fibro, we have everyone from Newbies to the old hands as well as a few men too!! It's a place where you can chat, cry, vent, laugh, you name it it's here!!! and as everyone above said don't be scared or shy, you'll be an old hand at getting around in no time, if ever need to chat with some one on a personal level you can always PM them, simply point to their pic, and it'll take you to their page!!1

Again welcome aboard!!

Blessings

Debi

I am also new to this site and am looking forward to meeting people who know what i am going through bc my family does not there is absolutely no support there at all! I am so tired of hearing "you are just depressed and you need to snap out of it!" Yes, i am depressed bc it is depressing when you go to bed feeling like crap and wake up feeling like crap! "you need to walk" Yes, i know this too but you get up and go walking when you feel like you have a bad case of the flu! "y r you so forgetful, I told you that last week!" I dont know i guess my brain just decided to take a vacation. It is called BRAINFOG and I have FIBROMYALGIA and they both r real, If i had cancer you would not treat me like this all of the time. Reduce stress?? ha ha that is too funny! That would mean i would have to divorce my 4 kids and 4 grandkids and my husband! which i think about doing sometimes! Thanks for listening to me ramble !!!!

Welcome to Jan and Lisa! Sorry about the circumstances, but so happy to see you here. Smile This is a great supportive group and you'll never feel alone when you are here. Someone is usually on at any hour, so just give a shout when you need someone to talk to. Ramble away any time! Laughing

Again, welcome and enjoy.
