Oh my goodness. I didn't want to say it before but I was afraid they might try to be sneaky and get you out like that. What jerks! I pray your lawyer can fight this. Good luck, we are here for you. Hugs, Stacey

It all still sounds very unfair and something not quite right here.

I am glad you have a lawyer and will pray that he gets you everything you deserve.

We re here when you need support or just to vent re: whatever is going on .

That is just crazy, that is what's wrong with students now, the teachers cannot do anything to make them behave. I do agree that they were just looking for a reason to let you go. I am glad you have an attorney.

You know what, I had to come back to this, it just ticks me off. I know that they were looking for something, anything to get rid of you for but my goodness what are you supposed to do, let the kids run wild. I know you are ticked, it raised my bp.

Omg, Yet another dysfunctional school, DONT GIVE UP!!! STAY WITH THAT LAWYER!! Wrongful termination, is just one. There is such a cluster panic and it's 99% the parents fault! I always told my kids teachers, if my kids are not listing of doing as you say, you have my permission to get tuff! You won't hear me call the school and whine because you yelled at one of them.

Then you as the teacher become a liability, plus you have a disability...yeah, they were looking for a reason,,, those shumcks

I don't blame you for not going back but I would def continue pursuining them legally. You and them both know they wanted you out due to your disability and renewing your contract was their legal cover up and firing you for the STUPIDEST thing was the scape goat. Go after them! They are sooo in the wrong. Good luck! Hugs
