Fibromyalgia Support Group

I woke up and feel so much more pain than usual obviously from my falls lately...Paul whipped out the hangy bar pull up thing last night that he uses and thought it would be a good idea to try and stretch out my back muscles last night before they notted up worse than usual but my arms are so weak I couldnt even pull myself up I was hanging like a moron by my toes but what it did was pulled muscles in my stomach..wonderful. Just what I needed, now I can barely walk straight at all and to top it off I am having one of my I am freezing episodes when its perfectly normal in here. I turned the heat up to 80 anyway lol until he wakes up sweating, because shaking is making me hurt even more. I cant win here! Yes I am having a massive pity party but still staying strong.

I also have a good case of CRS going as in Can't Remember SH*&. My older daughter shakes her head because when it comes to grocery lists, errands, names etc I can not remember 95% of what I needed, yet I know when Every episode of Law and Order SVU is on and what every single rerun is about...PRIORITIES my dear child priorites!!
