When I went to visit my parents in Arizona last April I *did* feel a *little* better. I was there for about 2 weeks and during that time I didn't have the normal burning, aching pain in my arms & legs and the brittle feeling in my joints was less. Activities still made me hurt, and so did being touched or hugged too hard. Back pain (from fracture, not fibro) didn't go away though. Still, it was nice being able to just sit and chat for a while with my family without having to be heavily medicated first! Maybe it's the warm weather, or the lack of humidity. Whatever it is, I know I felt better there vs. here in Washington. Good luck!

I would think about what triggers you..........I always feel so much worse in the summer and the hotter the suckier I feel whereas my dad feels worse in the winter........
