I got a heated mattress pad today!!! I am sooooo excited. Of course remaking the whole bed just about wiped me out for the night - but it's already on - I can't wait to lay on it!

Thanks for the advice all!

Congrats on the new pad - hope it makes you feel lots better!

Take it a little easy on the heat, though, until you see what your body can tolerate. Try preheating the bed, then sleep with it turned down low or off, at least at first.

May you have many pain-free nighty-nights - Jeni

I got in just to test it out - OMG! It is HEAVENLY!!! I got it at Kohls Miss Stacey - 50% off! I may never get out of bed again!

Thanks for the suggestion - I have it up high now, but I bet you are right - I will turn it down when I get in.

Oh, so awesome. I was just laying here in bed, moving my heating pad to different parts of my body, thinking I just need to get a blanket..SO JEALOUS. I hope it helps you.

well - i must confess I woke up in a lot of pain today Sad But I am PMSing so that could be it. It was still really really nice getting into it and I fell asleep pretty quick. And I didn't take you as selfish at all Miss Stacey - just thought I should tell you since it was on sale and maybe you could get one as well!

I am definately going to look into it, I just hope they have king size...I probably will have a harder time getting out of bed if its cozy like that lol. I am sorry you are in so much pain I hope its from the PMS and not the heat pad, not that I hope your PMS is hurting you please dont take that the wrong way lol you know what I mean, I just want your heat pad to work out for you in the long run... Tongue I hope you find some relief throughout the day. Gentle Hugs, Stacey

Ok, so I ran (not literally) out and bought myself a electric blanket. Oh My Heavens, I can't believe I did not get one of these earlier. Holy Moley. Thanks for the motivation.
