My 2 week progress report: I started these meds two weeks ago today. Was at my lowest point. Pain was incredibly bad, especially in the upper part of my body. Well, by the second day on these meds I had virtually no pain, and as long as I take them on schedule I have very good days. One of them, I guess it's the Cymbalta, has completely wiped out my appetite. I've lost a couple of pounds. Had to buy some Ensure yesterday just to get some nutrients in me. Spent a week very depressed because that's one side effect of the Cymbalta. But I feel better now. Get tired on it. But it really helps me sleep at night. My muscles feel so relaxed. I hope it does the same for others on it. If you haven't tried it maybe you should ask your doctor. I hope it continues to be this effective. Cost I'm sure is very high. I am still on samples and haven't filled a script yet. I hope you all have a wonderful week. Gina |
