 I don't suffer from chronic sinus infections, but I have bad alergies that I deal with every morning. When I smoked (quit 5 years ago), I got sinus infections more frequently.

 I don't have infections...but, my sinuses are awful during the spring, summer and fall. I have to keep up with the Zyrtec or Benedryl.

 Yes, every time I get a cold I get a sinus infection and no matter what the weather or season I have sinus congestion, not to the point of needing kleenex because it is just congestion - never seems to go anywhere!
