I just wanted to know if you seem to get a flare right before you get your period and during the first two days of your period. I was actually beginning to feel pretty good this week due to the warm weather and lack of rain, and then I flared up so bad! The next day I got my period and I have been dealing with pain and headaches the past two days. Does anyone else feel they get worse when they get their period?

Yes, my symptoms increase right before my period. I think it's caused by insomia. Do you sleep less around that time?

Yes, I would say that probably 90% of us do that. Usually the day or so before, and sometimes a day or two after. Lots of fun, huh

Hope you get to feeling soon.

Take care, Kathy

Yep me to. A couple of days before I start to feel pretty bad. It continues on through my period and for 2-3 days after. YUCK! If anyone has any suggestions I'm ready to hear them!

Me, too. It's the one thing that brings on my migraines. I don't usually get bad headaches until then. I'd like to hear suggestions as well...anything to get rid of it.

Well, I just turned 47 and I haven't had a period in about 2 years. They don't know why the stopped. They are not sure if I went through menapause or not.
