Hi Hampton, welcome to the club. I don't know about the Ocean but I felt fantastic when I went to the Mountains in TN. Even my sugar count was better to the point that I didn't need to take the evening shot or else I'd go super low. After two days up there, my legs didn't hurt anymore and I actually felt like a person again. I have already asked my husband if we can retire in the Mountains. As soon as I got back to Ohio, I was back into the pain and no energy again. I was diagnosed with fibro in July however, reading all the posts about the relationship of pain to the fibro, I must have had this for years and didn't know it. I've suffered with Chostochondritis since 1982. This is a great site and I thank all who post on it. One question I have is with the Lyrica. It said one of the side effects is weight gain. I can't afford any more weight gain. I've gained over 80 lbs now with the Diabetes medicine. Has anyone had a significant jump in weight since taking the Lyrica?
