Well, going everyday is one way to get you out of the house for a few hours ~~~ Wink

I completely understand your wanting your hubby to get his much needed rest. Mine worked swing shift for 30+ years and I hated midnight shift the worst . (Always worried about him not getting enough/proper rest during that week.)

Thank goodness, you thought to call your hubbys' buddy for a ride home. Hubby would have been calling out the troops were you not home when he woke up. LOL !!!

Poor Nana ~~~ she must have been worried when you didn t call her .

LOL on the ambulance ~~~ Wink

Ah Stacey. I put a reply over on the MS board. Just saw this one here. I'm glad you finally got started. From what I've heard(on some other MS board I'm on, not by personal experience) the IV meds can make you B#$^hy! So hopfully your husband can overlook that if that does happen to you. I'm sorry the steriods are affecting your bipolar though. That has got to be frustrating to say the least! Going from stable to manic(especially when you're hurting) has got to be hard. Have you spoken with your pdoc about it?

Hi Stacey!

I just caught up on this thread and am frustrated with myself for not remembering your daughter's birthday! On my son's bday I made a mental note to wish your daughter a happy birthday, but that must have gotten lost in forever gone space along with all my other mental notes Wink

SO!!!

Happy Belated Birthday to your sweet girl!!!!!!!

Also, I'm so glad that your treatment went well and that you are already back here posting!!!! Smile I hope that your body continues to handle the treatment well. Must have felt SO encouraging to chat with the lady you met!!!! Fingers and toes crossed for you hon!

(((giant gentle hugs & a ton of love your way)))

Chloe my Mom suffers from that very very bad! It is Neurological and it so very painful. Do you have it?

Nancy, dont worry about it. We all have so much on our minds its hard to remember what day it is lol. She had an awesome day, I actually handled it pretty well with 18 little girls screaming lol and then going to a roller skating rink with more kids rolling around screaming to loud music. Thats probably why I ended up passing out at the end of the night, I couldnt take anymore so my brain just shut itself off. haha!

Amy, I responded to you over there lol. I did see my pdoc, I posted it all here but then I told you all about it there too lol.

Ohhh my fingers and toes are crossed that I dont start feeling sick. I cant stop peeing and the metallic taste is still here. I dont even care though as long as I dont get sick. I hope I just keep feeling ok all day and night and for the rest of the week! Smile

I suffer from Rapid Progressive MS, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, Epilepsy, Migraines, Neuropathy, IBS, Narcolepsy, Arrythmia, Arthritis and too much more complete list on profile.

As for the Trigeminal Neuralgia I've got it and it's a real "mother"! I take Tegretol when it comes up. I also have cluster migraines, but these cycle about every 3 years, 6 weeks of them every night, 3 years of rest from them. Good luck with the Trigeminal pain, I often tell people that if you were to hit my face with a 2x4 it would actually feel GOOD compared to the other, but they never believe me.

Good luck,

Dorothy

I'm so glad your appointment went well today! It's nice to see you still in good spirits after the ordeal you went through today. I didn't drive for 8 years, so I know all about getting stuck sometimes. Thank Heaven your husband's friend was there to rescue you! I hope you didn't have to wait too long (that's the worst part about not driving yourself, I think, waiting for others to come get you...ugh, I hated that).

Here's hoping the rest of your appointments go as well (without the whole getting stuck thing).

I laugh, I cry, I live.
