I don't think I see as well as I used too. I just had my eyes checked in October because of Optical migraines, and they were unchanged. I am going June 30th and I cannot wait. I think my vision is much worse. Or it has changed since my last prescription. My eyes are always dry too.

Make sure that your medications are not causing this. I had one medicine that I took a while back (plaquenil), and had to have my eyes checked regularly while I was on it. Also, depending on your age, it could have something to do with that. My doc said that dry eyes accompany my perimenopausal stuff and that those symptoms are even worse in fibro patients. I also go to a university to have my eyes checked. These people are on the cutting edge of what's new, and even though they have students doing the exams, they take tons of extra time with me because they want to make sure the students know about fibro and that want to make sure that they have not missed anything new on the horizon of research. It's just a win-win, except that it takes a much longer time to have my eye exams! It is worth it though, because the students learn about fibro, and I have access to any new research happening with fibro and the eyes. (If they don't know, they will find out!).

Good luck!

I posted this before, but I had implants put in my tear ducts. It has helped with my dry eye. I still have to use drops sometimes, I have to wear sun glasses when I am out in the sun. And boy does the sun shine bright here in Fl.
