I've been taking 30 mgs Temazepam for sleep, but I believe I'm building up a tolerance for it and recently started to experience insomnia again. I have difficulty falling asleep and feel as if I’m in twilight sleep all night, tossing and turning. When I double my dosage, I sleep great and feel wonderful the next day. Since I realize doubling the dosage isn’t a good solution, I’m searching for other options. What works for you?

I've been on soooooooooo many sleep meds:

Xanax, Klonopin, Ambien, Trazadone, Rozerm, Ativan, Halcion, Neurontin, and probably more, heh. I have been on Restoril for the past two years and now I am having trouble with it as well. This medication has been the only one to work for me for so long. I'm sorry I don't have better news/advice to share with you! I hope you and your doctor can find a good sleeping medication for you, though!

I take Ambien 10mg and doxepin 50 mg. They seem to get me to sleep but not stay there. I wake up with night sweats so bad. I have to change everything.
