Why wear a ribbon?

MDJunction to me

ThereseML"When I first came to MDJ, I was in need of peer support in dealing with issues of my childhood abuse. I was moving away from the painful issues and trying to find an uplifting group of people to help me transition to a thriver in my life. I found that here. I also found a group of peers with Fibromyalgia and found the same uplifting experience there. My computer crashed and it was a while before I found my way back, this time with issues related to Parkinson's Disease. I had tried a few other support sites before reminding myself of MDJ. On those, I never got a reply. I finally found my way back here and again found very supportive, caring and inspiring people who made me feel like I was 'back home'. Indeed I am." (ThereseML)

Is your bra a torture device rather than an over the shoulder bolder holder? Any suggestions to remedy this problem?Blush

I agree torture device!!lol The only suggestion I have is to not wear one!! I have resorted to wearing a old fashioned undershirt if needed to cover. Even though I'm feeling good now, I still refuse to wear a bra. I'm not very well endowed anyway so it hasn't really been a problem by not wearing one.
I'm not a dr, anything stated in my post are from my own personal experiences.

I am a Herbalife distributor and have been trained in nutrition and weightloss. If you have any questions please send me a pm.

Never give up the fight we are all in this together.

I can't stand mine anymore, no matter what brand I buy or how much they cost. Several years ago my doctor told me to quit wearing the ones with underwire. But in the pas year any bra is very uncomfortable.

My Mom just recently switched over to sports-type bras. She says it doesn't completely eliminate the pain...but it's definitely improvedSmile

I used to think they were torture devices, and now they aren't heavenly, but they are tolerable. I buy the IPEX Wireless bras at Victoria's Secret. Expensive, yes, about $42 apiece, but it's either that or not wear one for me! Victoria's Secret is actually having a huge sale right now, so you could probably find the bras cheaper at the moment! Hope that helps!

Going without a bra is not an option for a DD lol I wish I could lose some weight to get my C cup boobies back! I have tried sports bras, bras without under wire and I still think the thing is evil! Well it sure is nice to know I am not alone! Smile

Bras dont bother me. I dont wear the underwires anymore, just a good old fashioned Maidenform. But usually on the weekends I dont wear a bra at all. I dont have but a C cup and one breast is solid as it is not real.... (TRAM FLAP operation, reconstruction after breast cancer).

I try hard to find shirts that have built in bras. Other wise when I have to wear a bra, when it comes off, I have to scratch where the bra was. It is very uncomfortable.

Going without a bra is not an option for me either. Some of you have seen my picture, and I really don't think my 'antiques' look that big... but they are! I wear anything from a 32DDD to a 32F, depending on the brand of bra.

My absolute favorite bra is the Goddess Comfort Zone soft cup comfort bra. It is an expensive bra at $38. I try to get them when they're onsale, and I purchase them from Figleaves.com. They are wonderful!!! If you want a comfortable bra without a wire. This is the only bra I've found that is truly comfort, and actually supportive. And believe me- I've ordered many bras from this site. Example: A couple of weeks ago, I ordered 9 different bras ranging in price up to almost $60. I only kept one. (I would never have kept them all anyway, too much money. But I needed to try and compare some more.) My 'antiques' have shrunk a little, so I can't get my favorite bra anymore. But I'm bound and determined to find another that is comfortable. Smile

Oh- I don't feel like I'm even wearing a bra when having this one on.
